In a recent poll conducted by Recode, Facebook was found to be the least trusted major tech company. The findings were discussed in the Recode article, showing some other big data players making the list as well – Google, Twitter, Microsoft, etc., along with a couple unusual ones – Uber and Lyft.
The story went on to report that 56-percent of Americans said they least trusted Facebook with their information, from the others listed in the joint SurveyMonkey/Recode poll – Which asked respondent to choose from Amazon, Apple, Facebook, Google, Lyft, Microsoft, Netflix, Tesla, Twitter, Snap and Uber. Oddly, it went on to say that 20% chose none of the above, which is surprising to us, given that the general sentiment and feedback we are hearing at Presiam, is that most of the digital public, distrusts one or more of all of these tech giants.
So as we continue to watch Facebook and its, CEO Mark Zuckerberg, make excuses and point back to their own terms and conditions, claiming they did nothing wrong – We at Presiam will march on and build the future of Social Media, where our members data belongs to the member, and where our members see 50% of all ad revenue generated within their network.
